1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Zypro Digital, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Zypro Digital provides digital marketing and web development services including but not limited to: landing page design, website development, SEO optimization, and digital marketing campaigns. The specific deliverables and timelines will be outlined in individual project agreements.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as follows:
- A 50% deposit is required before project commencement
- The remaining balance is due upon project completion
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
- Payment methods accepted include bank transfer and major credit cards
4. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information for project execution
- Respond to communications in a timely manner
- Provide feedback within agreed-upon timelines
- Ensure all content provided is legally owned or licensed
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership rights to the final deliverables. Zypro Digital retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Revisions
Each project package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included amount will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
7. Limitation of Liability
Zypro Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or any related matter.
