At Zypro Digital, we strive to deliver high-quality digital services that meet our clients expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

2. Deposit Refunds

Regarding the initial 50% deposit:

  • Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of payment and before work has begun
  • 50% refund if cancelled before the first draft is delivered
  • No refund once the first draft has been delivered

3. Project Cancellation

If you need to cancel a project:

  • Notify us in writing via email at hello@zypro.digital
  • Refund amount will be calculated based on work completed
  • Any completed work up to the cancellation date remains the property of the client upon payment for that work

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Third-party costs (domain registration, hosting, stock images, etc.)
  • Rush delivery fees
  • Completed and approved work
  • Custom development work that has been delivered

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with the initial concepts, we will work with you through the included revision rounds to achieve your vision. We believe in open communication and will do our best to address any concerns before they escalate.

6. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Send an email to hello@zypro.digital with your refund request
  • Include your project details and reason for the refund
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

7. Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding a refund, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving issues amicably and professionally. All disputes will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
